Beneq Inc President, Tommi Kääriäinen, and Malla Kääriäinen had a great time exhibiting Beneq’s solutions for conformal optical coatings by ALD at SPIE Optifab 2021 in Rochester last month. We are happy to share Tommi’s talk on ultrafast deposition of optical coatings with spatial ALD using Beneq’s C2R system. In this talk, learn about the incomparable conformality of ALD compared to PVD and CVD, as well as examples of low-loss films and AR-design using ALD.
