Meet Beneq at CS Mantech 2022
Beneq is excited to join this year’s International Conference on Compound Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology, CS Mantech 2022. We will be at the Monterey Marriott and Conference Center in beautiful Monterey, California from May 9 to May 12th at Booth #66 to discuss semiconductor solutions, such as Beneq Prodigy™ and Transform® .
During the conference, we will also be giving a talk titled “ALD Solutions enabling advanced Compound Semiconductor technologies manufacturing” at 10:05 am on Tuesday, May 10th.
