Meet Beneq at ICSCRM 2024.

Since the first meeting held in Washington DC in 1987, ICSCRM has become the premiere international forum for technical discussions on all aspects of Silicon Carbide and Related Materials with an annual attendance exceeding 700 physicists, engineers, scientists and students. The conference location will now rotate, on a yearly basis, among Japan, North America, Europe and Other Areas.
