Next week will be a big event week again for our Thin Film Solutions team. The main event will be the Baltic ALD conference in Sweden where Beneq is a Gold Sponsor.
The event will take place from June 11th to June 14th at the Konsert och Kongress venue in Linköping, Sweden.

On Monday June 12th at 13.30, Beneq’s Kalle Niiranen will be talking about Large-area optical coatings grown by Spatial ALD.
In the Monday poster session, Zhen Zhu from Beneq will be presenting on the topic Influence of plasma parameters on the growth and properties of Al2O3 thin films deposited by atomic layer deposition at 90 °C.
