Beneq is the home of atomic layer deposition. Our mission is to be dedicated to the success of the More-than-Moore device makers by delivering best in class, innovative, and flexible ALD equipment and service solutions. In 1984, we established the world’s first industrial production using ALD.
Today, we lead the market with products for semiconductor device fabrication, R&D, and varied ALD solutions. We operate globally and employ 170+ people on three continents. We are a unique employer that combines the hands-on, dynamic mindset of a fast-growth startup with the solid funding and resources of a larger enterprise.
Beneq’s team of engineers and experts are committed to delivering world class ALD solutions and enabling technology mega trends through advanced solutions. Beneq is headquartered in Finland with legal entities in the USA and Japan.
