ALD 2016 conference registration and abstract submission is now open
One of the main events in the world of atomic layer deposition this year is the 16th International Conference on Atomic Layer Deposition, which will be held July 24-27 in Dublin, Ireland.
Beneq will participate in ALD 2016 as a platinum sponsor. We are pleased to invite you to visit us in Dublin.
In the event, we will be sharing interesting new stories from our ALD factory and ALD applications, as well as latest news about our equipment, from research solutions to industrial R2R and spatial ALD equipment.
We have also nice extracurricular activities in plans for Beneq customers and friends. More of that later, but we can already tell that the special program alone is reason enough to book a trip to Dublin in July. And there will be a great conference program too. The time window for conference presentation proposals is now open. We encourage you to submit your own ALD abstracts by Sunday 14th February 2016 through the conference webpages.
