9th Meeting on Advanced Power Semiconductors Division

Meet Beneq at the 9th Meeting on Advanced Power Semiconductors Division! Beneq will be at Booth #17. ALD expert, Atsushi Tamagawa, will be presenting at the event as well. He will speak on Tuesday, Dec. 20th during the time slot 14:15-15:15 in Venue A (3F Main Hall) at Fukuoka International Conference Center.

The event is hosted by The Japan Society of Applied Physics Secretary of Advanced Power Semiconductor Division (ADPS). The goal of ADPS is the widespread and effective promotion of research and development of advanced power semiconductors toward the revolution in telecommunications, energy, environment, and medical electronics for the next generation.
