Lumineq displays for aviation and defense

Defense

Lumineq™ electroluminescent displays are built for extreme conditions. The display image quality, readability, and brightness work without failure in the roughest, most freezing, and humid conditions.

Durable displays for rugged conditions

Our thin film electroluminescent (TFEL) displays are perfect inside aircrafts, armoured vehicles, naval ships and other applications where military-grade robustness is required. Our reliable and rugged displays can also be placed outside aircraft fleets, ships and vehicles as they can easily endure wide temperature ranges, humidity and vibrations.

Improved occupational safety with in-glass displays

Our transparent electroluminescent displays are ideal when you need to access critical information quickly and easily. Lumineq transparent displays can be laminated inside or on windshields, windows, and basically any type of glass.

Using windows as displays improves ergonomics and safety for aircraft and vehicle operators. Laminated displays are also light in weight, and save space in already cramped vehicle and aircraft interiors.

Instant-ON and no motion blur at -60 ºC

Our displays have instant response in temperatures ranging from -60 °C to +105 °C (from -76 °F to +221 °F). They also have instant pixel response over the entire temperature range.

Master situation awareness

Our thin-film electroluminescent displays are among the most reliable display technologies. They provide excellent readability even in full sunlight, and have extremely wide viewing angles. You can trust our displays to perform in even the toughest of conditions and help you master situation awareness (SA). This allows improvements in ergonomics and safety in military applications and other demanding operator environments.

You can rely on Lumineq electroluminescent displays

The technology behind our displays has been tried and tested and meets military-grade specifications. The durability of Lumineq embedded TFEL displays is proven by surviving up to 200 g-force shock and a staggering 250,000 hour mean time between failures (MTBF) for the display glass. Our displays are built to last, we have long-term availability for our products.
