The Beneq R2 Research Product will be discontinued as of November 27, 2024.
While the R2 received positive feedback and support from customers, we needed to make this decision in order to streamline Beneq’s Research product portfolio.
This move enables us to maximize support and future development for our flagship Research products such as the TFS 200 and TFS 500.
ONGOING SUPPORT FOR R2
We remain dedicated to providing continued support for R2 equipment as follows:
- Support Until November 26, 2031: Technical support, onsite services, and spare parts will continue to be available based on your service terms until 2031. However, upgrades will no longer be available for the R2.

- Warranty Coverage: Basic warranty terms will continue to apply.
After November 26, 2031, general support services for the R2 will cease. If you require ad hoc assistance beyond this date, please contact us through our Contact Support page.
