About Beneq TFS 200:
"The University of Helsinki selected the Beneq TFS 200 mainly because of its flexibility in research use. The TFS 200 can be equipped with a high number of precursor sources, and especially the hot sources with temperatures up to 300 °C or even 500 °C offer more freedom in precursor selection.
